What happens when a little bit of magic arrives on Cherry Tree Lane?

When the Banks family needs some help putting their household back together, a mysterious nanny arrives—and suddenly, ordinary life isn’t quite so ordinary anymore.

Mary Poppins is a beloved musical filled with unforgettable characters, soaring music, adventure, imagination, and a generous helping of magic. But at its heart, it’s a story about family, growing up, learning to play, and seeing the world a little differently.

For YPT, this is a chance to bring a large-scale musical to life with young performers from Kindergarten through 12th grade. And when the curtain rises at the Power Center for the Performing Arts, they’ll get to share that magic with the whole community.
