Rehearsals are generally scheduled within the following time blocks: Sundays 2:00 – 5:00pm
Mondays – Thursdays 6:00-8:30pm Doors Open: 15 minutes prior to the beginning of rehearsal
call times and close within 5 minutes after rehearsal call times. Doors remain locked for security
purposes. Ring the doorbell for access when the door is locked.
This enables the Production Team Work time to be meeting, setting up and ready to go for the
day as well as closing down at the end of rehearsals.
Early Drop-Off and Late Pick-Up: Your cast member is welcome to come 15 minutes prior to a
rehearsal call. Plan to pick your cast member up at the announced close of your cast member’s
rehearsal time. Our Production Team is in rehearsal, in meetings and working on teams/projects
such that there is no staff to assume responsibility for cast members outside of their announced
rehearsal times.
